Scott is great! He is very knowledgeable and excited about what he does. After every work out I feel accomplished. Scott pushes you to strengthen ever part of your body in an effective manner. What I was missing. I would strongly recommend him if you are looking to get yourself tip top shape.
I see Scott for both individual personal training as well as the small group training. Small gropu training is from 5-7pm (come and go as you like) and my personal training is 45 minutes followed by as much cardio as I want (usually 15-20 minutes). I have been working out with him 3-5 days a week for the past 3 months to get in shape for my wedding. Over this time, I have noticed major changes in my body as well as my overall strength. Yes he kicks my butt, but its great to feel myself getting stronger. The one on one training is great because we are able to really focus on my individual goals, where as the small group training is an all over amazing workout. I absolutely HATE group workout classes… however the small group training is not like that at all. On average there are 10 of us in the group and Scott directs each of us what to do. It’s great because we are getting individualized workouts while being surrounded by fun motivating partners. My fiance has come with me to my previous personal trainers and has always made fun of me when we left saying the workout wasn’t difficult. However, he joined me recently for a small group training session and he was completely dead afterward (and this is someone that does Orange Theory regularly). He loved it so much that he is considering dropping his other membership and joining Scott’s small group classes. And even better, his pricing is extrememly good for what you are getting. So long story short, workout with Scott! Either individually or in small group training.. you won’t regret it!
