Colorado has a lot of lakes, so rent or buy a paddle board and get on the water. Paddle boarding is a great workout and burns tons of calories and fat.
Playing sports is a great way to get a workout and not even realize it. Running around chasing tennis balls is fun plus you don’t even notice all the free cardio you’re getting most of the time.
Biking and Cycling
One of my favorites, what a great way to get outside and enjoy Colorado and burn a bunch of calories at the same time. Plus it’s a great mode of transportation.
