My wife and I joined Scott’s Gym two months ago and absolutely love it. I’ve never had a personal training session or partaken in any boot camp class but there is absolutely no better way to getting into shape. Boot camp is a combination of plyometrics, weights, calisthenics, and aerobic exercises, all mixed into a 45 minute long session.

It is not your typical gym environment; everyone in the class is super nice, laid back, and incredibly supportive. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never lifted a weight in your life or have been working out for years, Scott will always have you testing your limits. I don’t like just going to the gym because I feel like I am there longer and get less of a workout, which equates to a waste of time. Scott’s boot camp on the other hand is an all body kick your butt workout so it’s definitely worth your time! You do only what you can though so it fits all ability levels. Everyone is friendly which is also a plus.
Trainer Scotts Boot Camp is awesome. I went to try it with two friends and after one class I was hooked. The atmosphere is fun yet VERY motivating and I’m already seeing a difference after just a few classes. Scott is very helpful without being overbearing.
