Trainer Scott offers moms a Mother’s Day FREE Personal Training Session the week of Mother’s Day. Moms give yourself the gift of fitness and get in great shape. So if you’re a new mom looking to shed some pregnancy baby weight or the kid are all grown up, some in for a great workout and get some exercise.
Exactly what I was looking for!! After the birth of my son I was looking for a way to get down to my pre-baby figure and had heard only great things about Scott’s boot camps. I have so far been to 4 classes and am truly impressed. Every class has been different yet equally challenging. Not to mention his jokes that make the classes fly by. I highly recommend.
Scott’s personal training is one of the best I have found! He has worked with my son and done an excellent job, not only as a trainer but an excellent mentor. We will be going to Scott for years to come! The atmosphere is very inviting and motivating! I highly recomend him to anyone I can knowing that they will be very satisfied with the outcome! I have been in boot camp for three months now and Scott not only pushes me toward my personal limit with hundreds of lunges, push ups, and situps, but he also entertains the entire group with his every witty self for the entire hour. (He might be the only one laughing, but it makes the hour go by fast!)
Scott’s impressed me by keeping everything changing, he never seems to have the same training session twice. Also I’ve gone in injured and he’s tailored the workout around what’s been an issue. I absolutely recommend him.
